Arrow Rebuild: Turbo & Fast??????anybody

Hey Guys I Bought A T76gts Precision Turbo But I Think The Oil Seals Are Blown Cause I Put It On And White Smoke Started Coming Out Of The Tail Pipe And So I Took It Off And There Was Alot Of Oil It The Turbine And Little Bit On The Compressor Housings So If Anybody Knows Somewhere That I Can Send It And Install Some New Oil Seals And Where They Can Do It Fast. The Wheels And Bearings Are Fine... Just Oil Seals Are Mest Up Well I Think ,thanks

Before you do that make sure your crankcase is not getting pressurized and blowing the oil out of the seals. I dealt with the same situation, there was alot of tailpipe smoke during decel and oil coming out of my cutout. Got my PCV system rearranged with check valves and oil separator and no problems thus far.

This is a good thread to read up on:

Precision turbos are pretty crappy IMO. I've had a few issues with thier oil seals as have others here and on ls1tech. Their customer service leaves much to be desired too since they don't really help you diagnose the issue, they just want you to send it back to them. I think only select dealers can get rebuild kits from them, but any turbo shop should be able to rebuild one with their own stuff. As state above forcedinductions.com is a good source since they can rebuild any turbo.
