Default Replaced belt tensioner with upgraded one

I went from this

to this

new design looks much better and stronger, but I'm still not getting more than 6 psi.

Is this the correct OD of the 8 psi puley?

Please post up the actual size of the pulley and or a pic of the pulley so I can read the part number on the front.

So in this pic it appears that the Belt is still trying to jump off the pulley, is this true? has anybody done a pull test to see how strong the new tentioners spring is? I did some test on the old setup and the Gates unit and found that the Gates tentioner was 10 - 15 lbs stronger and confirmed that it was better because the Belt no longer tryed to jump off when back peddeling durring a launch and spinning the tires.

It comes with an 8Rib pulley on the tensioner. The 8Rib pulley will work just fine with the 6 rib belt. I am running one at 11 psi and the belt has not gone anywhere.
