just finished installing a roush kit, wired in as per instructions. I was under the understanding that the intercooler pump runs whenever the engine does? or does it only cut in after something else is met? There is ground but no power to the pump.

Mine is wired to run with ignition on.

Its a bosch pump, same one other kits come with so shouldnt be a prob to get it going.

Its very quiet, you sure its not running? Take the resivior cap off and see if you can " see" any turbulence or flow in the resivior.

there definately needs to be 2 wires to the pump, power and ground

you can feel it vibrate slightly when its on.

It is on its own relay. I found the problem, my power point is one of the studs on the side of the fuse box and the fuse was on the wrong side, thanks though!

The roush instructions actually specify that you put the pump's 12V power wire on a ground.....retarded.

No, it just makes it so both wires on the pump are tied to ground. lol
