haha. na no nerds here. just wanted to make sure i got the critical dimensions taken care of and have the clearance and mounting surfaces needed for an interchange. its not the full blown version.. all i cant do is print prints from it. no kidding on the cost of it. your looking at a couple thousand especially with the cosmos which i have no idea how to use

My snout has been machined and has a 2.85 5/8 keyed maggie puley now the shop did a killer job on it!
I pick it up monday and will post pics then. should have around 9-11 psi and should be fun!

You cant just have a smaller pulley made for the roush blower, THE HOUSING MUST be machined and shaft machined. i wish it was that easy but i exhaustivly reaserched till i found a soulution

well i FINALLY got done with my supercharger snout/pulley, i only did that drawing 4 months ago haha.
specs are:
-snout clearanced for pulley
-full hardened 17-4 ph stainless PITA haha
-2 piece construction
-2.8"
-'rip' grooves. ill call this thing 'shredder' because its very sharp
heres pics of how it turned out.

Looks very good. I went with the Timz fix. Found a guy that will do them for less than half original price and you can just order pulleys off the shelf.
Thank you TimZ for your great idea

I tossed up goin that route but went this way so I could go back to stock easily. If I have any problems I can go your route as my relieved area will get cut off
