Looks like the ASP tool can be used for both removal and installation of the pulleys without having to R & R the entire blower.

Actually, the GT500 pulley looks like it may be designed for a longer shaft. Maybe the truck version would work, if the offset is correct.

Talked To Terry at South Florida pulley.

Very nice, knowlegable guy.

Right now he can help me, as he only has pullies for 7/8 shafts.

The Roush TVS has a 5/8 OD shaft. He said he could custom make one but it would be 6 weeks +

He also said stay away from aluminum pullies on a steel shaft, they will fly off .

So i have some leads, going to keep looking.

Thanks DR.X for the help.

Any help is apprecited guys! im doing my best.

Talked to METCO ,They make custom pullies.

They dont have an exact pulley for us but if there was enough interest they could make one.

We Need a pulley that fits on a 5/8 OD shaft. Most of the pullies ive found are 7/8 od shaft.

Metco has a 5/8 OD shaft size puley for a mustang, but its keyed. Maybe a machinist could make it work.

Ive been told i Need a 2.8 OD Pulley to make 10#s .

So on the hunt i go!
