Hah, yeah its not exactly something sitting on the shelf...nor is it a one day job I'd need to get it drawn up for the CNC, but other than that it shouldn't be too tough. I will work on it a bit and see what I can come up with.

I had thought of this also because im a manufacturing engineer and cnc setup guy in a aerospace shop but contrary to the economy we are very busy. what kind of work or equipment you guys have?

No kidding...they would work me 11 hours a day if I let them. Theres a couple Hurcos, couple Matsuuras, and pretty much everything in between. Work is mostly from Raytheon Missile Systems, from what I understand. I've got a lot to learn on the business side of things, but a lot of the work volume definitely comes from Raytheon.
