Question Sts turbo install--Tune and fuel

Hey, everyone been awhile since i posted on here. Anyways, i am buying an sts turbo from a member on this forum. It has a gt-67 turbo and fmic. My motor is still stock 5.3L and fuel system is stock.
My questions are:
1.Will the stock fuel pump be ok if i upgrade to 42# injectors and run 6psi boost? (dont want to go over 6 due to stock motor at this time)
2.What is the best tune, on a budget here (had to talk wife into letting me have this, some people will know what i mean ). Looked at a local dyno tune but it is 400+150/hour said it would be about 1000-1600$

Spec. on truck below.

Upgrade the fuel pump. The stock one is not sufficient for the 42 lbers. Don't ask me how I know.

Get a walbro 255lph in tank and look at Nelson for a tune.

I know you said you are on a budget, but since you'll have the 67 and fmic and have to buy injectors, I'd go with 60s injectors and a Walbro 340. Down the road, all you have to do to up the boost is change out the WG spring and retune. I'm running 10psi on a stock engine except for the pushrods and springs.

I'd recommend Nelson for the tune. Out of the mailbox, it was pretty darn close and he was able to complete a street tune in less than an hour.

I didn't use a Nelson tune but people swear by them. STS uses the Predator tune. I'm not sure but I assume if you call them up they might help you with your tune free of charge, they were really good about mine. In the end though I went with a personal tune from a shop because I didn't have confidence in the guy that tuned my truck the first time around. Turns out I was right because after a $650 tune I had an extra 45 hp. I'm running an MSD booster pump with 44#'s. Works for me so far. Might be cheaper to get a fuel pump though.
