Default STS turbo upgrade

hey guys I have a 2006 ram hemi QC, with the STS turbo, currently I am running a (garrett) t60-1 and would like to upgrade to the gt-67, I was told by a friend of mine that some of you guys might know of a place that does this for a fair price, I called STS and they quoted me 1200, if you can help, I would really appreciate it, thanks in advance.

you can also use a 62-1. It flows about the same amount as what sts calls the 67.
There are some turbo places that can machine your compressor housing and put a bigger wheel in for a good price.

Hash, how is it going bud? I haven't talked to you in a long time.

There is a place in AZ that rebuilds the turbo's for STS and they can upgrade it to a GT-67 while they are at it. I had one done there for a buddy. I will send you an email when I find the web site.

The upgrade shouldn't be tough...assuming that they are both the same flange size, you just unbolt one and bolt on the other one. Then fix any tuning issues that might arise and head on down the road...
