How can you say that something that is impeding exhaust flow is not taking power away from the motor?

Because it makes alot more power at the same psi as a s/c. It does absorb some power, but not nearly as much as a s/c.

More efficient, maybe, more power at the same boost level, not sure about that one. The point is there are losses on both systems

When you do a search, search thread TITLES instead of Thread Posts. this will help generate better results.

Here's a lil chart i posted a while back.

Allot more power? I have not seen a substantial difference on ANY vehicle on here turbo vs Supercharger. Are you saying that a turbo at 6 psi is going to make more than a blower at 6 psi, 10 psi, 15 psi, 20 psi? If so I would like to see that.

Not to turn this into a turbo vs supercharger thread, we need that like we need a hole in the head.....

as for the STS propaganda....I would like to see some REAL testing to back that claim up.

You should be asking where you want your power.
If you want constant power at the touch of the pedal get a S/C. If you want it more in the top end and don't mind the lag get a T/C

Fair enough? Personally, I like t/c

Install a supercharger, then install one of these. You'll have the best of both then.
