supercharger coming! what parts need to be upgraded?
I have a 2002 chevy 1500 2wd 4.8l and i just bought a supercharger from bigtex magnacharger Radix 112 intercooled that is soon to be on its way. I am in search of some 42lb injectors and a 90mm throttle body. I have already purchased a trans-go shift kit that is on its way aswell. I dont know if i might need anything else that would need to be upgraded when i put the supercharger in but if i am missing something let me know.i also search ebay and acouple other sites with no luck wondering if you guys could help me out a little. Thanks Dave
transgo hd2 shift kit- recieved
corvette servo-recieved
TRU-COOL 40,000 GVW TRANSMISSION COOLER- recieved
supercharger on its way! arriving today!
fuel injectors 42lb just arrived!
90mm throttle body - STILL LOOKING!
damn thought i would have more time to get this all done but i guess not. damn does any one know a good transmission place in SO. CAL that could install the transgo and corvette servo?
still debating on doing a stall at this time. funds kinda low right now trying to buy a new Harley!

What supercharger? I would say an intercooler would be good but save your money on that TB, stock is fine. If it's a Procharger then you def need a looser converter, at least 3000 stall. Methanol inj. should be on the list as well.
Almost forgot exhaust!.....FI likes a free flowing system, so LT,etc.

Throw some vette servos in there, only $16 on ebay, and I would put a bigger trans cooler too, 40k tru-cool should do the trick, about $110 and will keep your tranny running super cool. I ordered an LS6 valley cover to keep the oil out of my intake and engine, however your truck might not have that problem that the '03's and some others did. Double check that last one before you order anything. Make sure you have the needed belts, hoses, clamps, etc. before you get halfway through the install and get stuck.
