Its been almost two years now eric since my motor was unloaded from WCCH at my shop... I had it running in a few weekends later pending that i sold off my front mount setup (stock manfiold with log on passanger side with 70+mm turbos) because i didnt see it would support my goals with new motor The Project came to a hault when I had some problems with my trucks tune.. then tunes... and i felt very helpless.. I took about 4 months off and learned how to use hptuners myself .. Dusty has allways been my Biggest hero and reason for going turbo in the first place... I was so impressed with his truck and his ability to go so fast with so very few parts .. Figured since i had a front mount 5.3 why not try the rear mount thing... well just until i could get a set of stainless headers built... That Day has never come.. I cannot follow anything u guys do with your trucks..... Not many rear mount combos have before as large scale as mine..... And For Dusty Cheers to you

Well, you've definitely got a lot of good people on your team, man. Richard and Rex are top notch in my book. Dusty on the other hand... Guess that explains that huge *** turbo (jk Dusty's all good)

Yeah, and you are right, the ability to self tune has a lot to do with success with a turbo in my opinion.

Is your new motor a 408? I thought so?

On that note, just send me your slicks.

Yeah it wasnt new.. Just new to me and new/fresh from WCCH.. I dont bring up it was codys stuff because he sold it to me after investing alot of money in it... Rex went back over the motor before it was sent to me with a all new Crank,Rods, pistons and making a small camshaft change at my request. I think the motor being so Sound is whats helped me threw my rough times in tuning.. I was able to let the Knock sensors do their job and keep me as safe as possible since i have allways been on pump gas.
