Well, that little o-ring fixed my lean problem, now it's to rich, LOL!

Just looked at a log and rolling along at 8mph just idling, I nailed it and went from 100%TPS, 85kPa, (NA up here) to 148kpa, 10psi in exactly 1 second...

Did you finally decide to put a A/A intercooler in the pipe between the turbo and supercharger? What is the size of the pipe that is feeding the supercharger?

Ya, went ahead and put the intercooler in line. It's 2 1/2" tube from the turbo to the intercooler then 3" out of the intercooler and up to the supercharger, then flares to 3 1/2 and a reducer silicone coupler to 4 1/2 into the 90MM TB. Seem pretty apparent the supercharger isn't having any real problems sucking though all that to build boost.

WOW, I have been tracking this thread, just havn't posted in it yet, but have to say what a neat, cool *** build. I am waiting on a vid of this thing running and driving.. Hope you get all the bugs out easy if there turns out to be some.. Awsome
