thoughts on a DURAMAX inter-cooler?

Well if it won't cost anything but some time since you already have it . . . . . .Some one did try it. I think that all the variables are going to make it or break it.

i didn't keep my whipple on my lightning long enough before i went turbo to have to use their customer service... BUT i can tell you it made 90rwhp more on 16.5lbs compare to the Kenne Bell did on 21lbs both were 2.3L chargers....
so my vote is still on Whipple

I heard/read they are too tall and need to be re-welded to fit.
What are the normal factors for an INtercooler?
core size?
pressure loss?
end tank construction? metal or plastic
I was looking at the same thing and could not get a good pic of it...and I need a pic to see how/if its going to work.
