I just wanted everyones opinion on theses two cams to see witch one they thinks best.

First is a Pat G cam - Comp XE/XE high lift lobes 214/218 .559”/.563” 116LSA +1 advance

next is a Stock48 212/212 .561" 114LSA

I'll be running the kbracing kit with a pt 76mm .81 ar, 3.42 gears and eventually 3k stall when the 4l60 goes.

 

If your willing to buy new, check out "cam motion", heard good things about there cams for FI.

 

looks like all there turbo cams are reverse split...

 

Try predator z on tech, flowtech inductions, and Texas Speed are all people I would consult too for cam choice advice.

Im definitely a fan of a small cam for the 5.3, either of those would be pretty good.

 

i believe stock48's cam got him in the 10's with a 76mm turbo. 2 of my buddy's are running that exact cam

 

Any more opinions on these two cams? What about the ls6 cam? Looks to be a popular turbo cam

Mine is a pat g / geoff speced cam. 215 218 intake lobe is a LSL lobe the exhaust is a lsg lobe. Iirc 114+1.

 

ls6 is a good cam for the price. ie your dad cammed his vette and gave you one. These people that buy a new one from GM are a bit crazy IMO.

 

I thought stock48 ran the Isky 215???
