hey guys, just finished installing an HD tensioned because my truck was throwing the belt. Now it's still doing it. Boost garage is reading 15 psi at WOT could that be right? I'm going to put my 3 inch pulley on and see what happens. Any suggestion? I'm running the 110.5 belt.

what blower? sounds like a pulley alignment issue to me

A smaller blower pulley isn't going to help your problem lol

 

yeah cranked pinned on a Mp112

 

Right now it has a 2.8 inch pulley

 

Put a manual tensioner on it.

 

A manual tensioner won't work on a blower ,the belt stretches a lot at high rpms ,he got the correct tensioner.

 

Wow i did not think a 112 could do 15psi

 

its really weird, can it be throwing it off because of the high boost or is tge belt being stretched out too much?

i really doubt its putting out 15psi

 

This is why I tell you to put a smallest belt you can put in it ,6 ribs stretch a lot
