This is what I used. Worked great.

well today I adjusted the pulley between the blower and tensioner and I also put a 110 inch belt instead of 110.5 so hopefully it fixes it... how do I check the alignment on them?

The power steering pulley could be a problem as well

The problem lies in the rotating mass of the blower. Spring tensioners are just too wimpy with big horsepower, fast revving motors. Im guessing its coming off when you snap the throttle? Use a straight edge to check belt. Using the smallest belt possible will help too.

problem solved! it was an idler pulley on the driver side that was making the belt slip off! Its now putting out 12 psi with the bigger pulley! Anyone need a 2.8 pulley by any chance?

Hey Bro , you can get dayco 101mm idler pullies for about 23$ a piece at the part store, they work great and will help take slack out of your belt.
