Procharger is by far the best S/C when your looking to make big power, but it's not a turbo and will always have the S/C limitations when making big power. I just want to point out one thing concerning the responses so far and you can probably just make up your mind on this observation.
The ones promoting turbo are giving drive-ability, cost and power making reasons for the switch.
The ones promoting the Pro-charger are supporting it primarily just to be different.
However, don't get me wrong, there really are good reasons for upgrading to an F1 for sure!
But when compared to a turbo, I personally would do a turbo but I think either one you do you'll be very happy with. You'll most likely not think to yourself "I wish I went the other route".

well thanks for all of your opinions on my subject as its been a very hard decision for me to make. but after researching turboes i have come to the conclusion that i just dont know enough about them at this point to jump ship and make an educated decision and i think i just going to stay with what i know for now and go f1r but im going to try it on a 8 rib set up and see how it does. i have a friend that knows a guy that has a 8 rib set up on a f1r making over 1k hp with no problems so i guess ill give it a shot . although i think there is probably more potential with a big turbo i also dont want to switch everything over to fit the turbo it will be like starting over almost.

I recommend giving Joe@Leftcoast32 a call concerning your pulley's. His RIP pulley's are pretty freaking badass. He used them to spin a TVS 2300 to 21,500rpm's @ 19psi on a 390
as well as on a Whipple spinning it to 19,000 rpms @ 22psi on the same 390 and had no belt slip what's so ever.

yeah they have some cool stuff but i dont think they make anything for procharger i dont think they are big fans of procharger from what ive heard. they are more geared toward root blowers i think. i did pick this up thou for the procharger 8 rib reichard racing pulley...

yeah a was checking those f1x's out but the problem is the outlet on them are 3.5" there for i would have to change all my intercooler tubing and intercooler to accommodate it.
about my 6 rib pulleys i have 2 rr pulleys one 3.4 and one 3.5 . the 3.4 is spoken for as long as the payment comes through this week and the 3.5 might be up for grabs but somebody is one step ahead of you so ill give them a chance to get back at me for it b4 i offer it to anybody else.
