Just out of curiosity...do you guys know what those ID2000s are rated to, horsepower wise? I can't help but think they are just overkill... My 96lb (just over 1000cc) injectors at 14-15psi at 6500rpms are at 78% dc, and those injectors have been to 1000hp before. So what are you guys shooting for, realistically?

thats what im thinking but my tuner says they are really good injectors.he said you can put some id2000 in a stock 4 banger and it would idle the car fine.

at my level yes they are over kill but im tired of buying injectors this will be my 4th set and im over it. i have 80# injectors now and they are at 110% duty cycle . not only em i going to a f1r that makes 300 more cfm but i will be upgrading to a 408 soon. running e85 is no joke a requires allot of fuel.

2000cc/min = 190.5lbs/hr a little overkill but almost necessary with E85. ID's are some really nice injectors, wish I had a set.

1200 - 1500, I'm thinking not. More like 1800 when I bought them.

I'm planning on being well over 1000rwhp

They are spendy but their injectors are well worth it IMO. Amazing quality and are easy to tune.

It's a lot at first but like you said you should be set for anything in the future.

Those numbers I posted are on 50% e85. I can see your logic as far as ease of tuning goes though...not much is more frustrating than dealing with injector bullshit.

LOL yea I called procharger right after I posted that... talked to a tech and they said i will run into belt slippage if I was to only run an 8 rib and that I will have to run the LSX transplant brackets

yeah the stock brackets defiantly flex a crap ton and i think that is where allot of the slip comes from but with me going to a 8.25 crank pulley i need to run allot bigger pulley on the blower to not over spin it which will be better i think any way cause the bigger the pulley on the blower the less slip you will have. i also em going to be building a thicker main bracket to stiffin up these stock brackets. i think im going to get some custom pulleys made also , anybody interested in going in with me to get a couple done since i dont think rr racing makes 4.5-5" pulleys , ii was thinking of like a fan design would be cool , i just know if i get one done it will probably be pretty spendy but if we can get a couple of us together to get it done it will bring down the cost.
