Thanks for the file Dr. X. I will look this over a little later and see whats what. I should be getting these babies in this weekend if all goes well. So it really does sound like the return style setups have no real issues other than changing the IFR {B4001}. .....but will benifit from changing some other tables, which i hope to experiment a little with.

Dr. X,
I thought 72.3 was the magic IFR for the Siemen DEKA's @ 58psi fuel pressure? I see you have 70.56....do you have lower rail pressure or something? How did you come up with 70.56?

Actually, I did my calc's in g/sec, so I have 8.89g/sec. May also have done some rounding off in the calculation.

Not sure if I have my base fuel pressure set at 58 or 60psi. If you use 60.56lb/hr @ 43.5psi, that works out to 71.12lb/hr @ 60 psi. 69.93 lb/hr @ 58psi.

enlighten me please.
Added a new feed line and regulator at the rails. The old feed line is now the return line. New feed line is -8 AN. Eliminated the in-tank FPR and filter. Added an external filter and check valve. It will all change again for the new motor.

*****WARNING******Lots of pictures*******

Everything went great! That freakin fuel crossover was a bitch though. That sucker aint aluminum, its stainless steel or titanium or reinforced concrete or something....

Here are some shots of the install.....

Before the install

Stupid Tall Truck

Intercooler off

Blower is off and on the table

Whippleless Engine Bay

42lb injectors and Rail on the bench

Rail-less Manifold

42lb injectors are out of the rail

This would not bend the rail even with all my weight on it (190lbs).

But this did!!!

Rail is reinstalled

Spacers are in

Shot of my new SoCAL gauge insert with my new B&M Blackout Gauges

A big thanks to Dr. X and Dewy for some tuning input and data. I used Dr. X's tables and it ran nice and smooth with a very smooth consistant idle. My AFR was a little outta whack which I expected but not too bad. I will spend most of the day tomorrow autoVE'ing i am sure. Cant wait to open this thing up and see where my IDC is and if the stock pump is going to play ball. I will keep you posted. The crossover tube was a good half inch from the intercooler so that was good. Oh and the injector adapters worked sweet!!

This is what I am using now for my return style setup. Big difference from the values for the factory injectors. All cells in each column would not be identical for a returnless system.

Sweet, good deal man. Glad to hear yours went uneventfull. If you can I would like to know what Pulse width yours idles at. Do you have any more info on these adapters? I dont need them but it would be nice to know.

DrX. you would happen to have the min pulse, default pulse tables that you could post would you? Please. haha My offset is slightly higher then what is posted above.

Based on what I could gather about these injectors, I currently have .9589 in both of those tables(all cells).

I am going to have to do a log and see where my minimum PW runs at now. I don't think it ever went below 1.4 before no matter what I had in those tables.
