IFR will be on the return system... 72.3

I thought the bolts were 10mm heads. 1" long is fine though.

Just swap the injectors and you'll be fine for now. reassess the fuel needs once you have the larger injectors in.

6mm is the bolt thread diameter, 1.0 is the thread pitch and 30mm is the length. It will most likely have a 10mm head.

Damn, I'm too slow,

Hey, I was doing some reading up on the 42lb to 60lb injector installs and noticed something. The 496 has a completely different fuel rail than the small blocks. I am going to post up a pic of my fuel rail that i took back when i had to change it out due to a leaking schrader fitting. Take a look at this and see if it looks like it would present an issue with my swap. I plan on doing the swap either after work one day this week or next weekend. I have all the parts now and its just a matter of getting the time to do it. I realize im probably just going to have to dig into it and see what happens, but i thought i would post a pic incase anyone notices anything obvious. The connecting rail does not come off, but it does swivel......looks a little bigger in diameter than the small blocks and a little tougher to have to bend if i need too.

Humm... I don't think you will have a problem,as long as there is room for it to come up 5/8 of an inch. Guess you will just have to see

Oh and i think you should send me a set of those adapters to "help" you R/D them After all, I was the only one to contribute to you intercooler fund

LMAO!! I still have that dollar around here someplace.

I am worried about my intercooler that sits on top of my intake. I think the rail might hit that when i bend it up a little. I will have to just wait and see what happens.

I sent you a PM.

Nah....I think I'm good to go with the height of the rail. Here is a blast from the past when i had the DMAX intercooler on there. You can see the intake tube in the back along the firewall with the 90* in it where the whipple intercooler sits now. Looks like i have a few inches there at least.....so i should be good.
