I was planning on going with 2 AEM 320lph intank pumps. But I was reading that most trucks starve for fuel at WOT when they have belowe 1/2 a tank. If that's the case what other alternate routes should I take? I'd want a 23 gallon fuel cell in the bed.

2 aem 320s would be just about perfect. They make a e85 version and pump gas version so be careful. At 640lph combined it should be a nice happy medium between a single 450 and dual 450s. Cheaper too.

But would it have an issue with fuel starvation at WOT when the tank is at 1/2 of below?

If you are using a stock tank with modified bucket you shouldn't have issues. If you are planning on a custom fuel cell then it all depends on the design on the cell. Proper baffles and good design will prevent the sloshing that creates the starvation issues.

I'm sorry I should have clarified that with my 60#s were pretty close to max , the pump was fine .

It depends bud , with a single 450 and 60# inj return style system I was close to maxed out around 12psi and did around 580 to the tires , but with methanol it's enough for 15 psi 650ish to the tires . Just my experience

Bad *** looking truck OP !!!
Dang it. I may need reroute for fuel system. Since I already paid single 450 pump and a 60s injectors. My bad. I thought I had 60 but I look at my box I have 80lbs injectors Will convert to return style and add FPR ON FRONT ENGINE MOUNT. That I want goal 700 max or maybe a little more. Want run 15-18 psi of boost.

Well'p. I'll be back in town in 5 more days. Turbo kit is here and waiting for my TrickFlow 95lb injectors to arrive aswell as both AEM 320lph pumps.
I really want to try meth injection with a 50 shot on the plate @12psi on E85.
Anyone here using both power adders (FI + Nitrous) on a stock bottom end motor?

Foose04 did when he had his 4.8L. He was pushing 800+rwhp on the dyno and then put a 35 or 50 shot on top of that and made 919rwhp. A lot of guys use the small nitrous shots to spool the turbo off the starting line. its all in your tune. The stock bottom ends can handle it if the tune is perfect.
