Its higher for a stock internal motor, for a forged motor 10psi is no sweat but for a stock motor its pretty high. 11.8 is ok but IMO with the stock intake and the #7cyl tendency to run a tad lean running 11.6 is safer. I played with my AFR a bunch and I gained nothing going from 11.6-11.9 so I error on the side of safety.

Your tune is still locked, also try log your burst KR. I see a couple places where it looks like burst kr is pulling timing. You might have to tame down that table some to keep it from pulling so much. You can always raise it once its tuned if you want. I have mine set so it can't pull more then 1deg burst KR. With my setup being able to build boost instantly I was always getting big hits of Burst KR.

Looks like you are off to a good start with the timing, I would make your IAT base table a little more aggressive so it pulls timing a little sooner maybe, up to you.

Nice air temps, the core looks a little off. Might loosen the bolts at the core, square it up and retighten. ..... Ok you do need me to send a 3" piece of tubing and coupler. Correct.?

You should not be able to here the gate opening, it dumps back into the exhuast. Now the exhuast may change its note because of the different air flow, but it should not make a sound like you described. YOU could be hearing airlfow getting sucked into the turbo, from the stock air box.

Would be interesting to see on a dyno if the box/flew hose are getting pulled in a little. IF so higher air flow air filter is needed...
