Default Trick stage 3 on a h/c LQ4

I have enough money to jump on the Trick Stage 3 but am not sure how it will preform on my 6.0L. I will install it with the mods listed in my sig. Eventually swap out the cam for the TU0, and may get the converter restalled to about 3200. So has anyone had the Stage 3 on a LQ4? Thoughts

How low in the RPM range does your cam start working?

Yea seems like if you get it restalled down to 3000-3200 that would help alot. I bet with the 76mm and .96ar you will see full boost by 3500. And with that cam coming on around the same time, I bet **** will get voilent around 4000 hahaha. Probably drive just like stock under 3k as well.

Well if you plan on changing cams then I see no reason not to do it!

Cam and converter are not close to ideal, and neither are the gears. It will still work fine but would perform much better with a 3k stall and taller gears. The 60e will be on borrowed time as well. You have a pretty decent leap to make to have the ideal setup for a turbo, but that being said, you will have a newfound love for your truck with a snail on it. It will be a completely different animal.

Keep in mind that 4.56s will prolong the life of your 60e

yea, its either keep the setup and do the Procharger, or change almost everything and do turbo. I already have the adaptor to run my AWD tcase with the 80E. Just need everything else lol. I can set the turbo on low boost. 6-7#. until I can get bigger injectors, cam, and 80e. Then turn up the boost. lol

Id say keep what you have and go procharger.
