This has been done so far.
Compresstion test done. #8 was 20psi off the highest #7 but the engine was cold. So that can throw the numbers off a little.

Installed new plugs
Installed new wire
Installed back up 04 6.0L coils
Check the tune, this is the same tune that has been in the truck for over 6 months but just now started having issues after the dyno setion.
Check the groung wires are all tight,
Added some 12ga ground to several lugs on fire wall etc.
Went into tune turned off egr and rear o2s.
Burned Arm and both hands. lol
Changed crank sensor with one from the 04 6.0L I have here.
Checked fuel pressure 48psi at idle 60ish at wot on the street.
Went for a drive and almost died in the street,
waited a second and away we go,
Builds boost no where near as fast as it should. Went wot tires spins hard but again not like before.

It feels like I am running on 7 or 6 holes even has that little shake to it.

I wonder if one of your injectors is going bad.

Any good ways to test these.?

Just tried a test drive and the truck almost died, when I stepped on the gas.. Waited a minute and away I went. Have nto checked valvesprings yet. I was thinking it was electrical but I am starting to get a little upset that its just not coming to me.

How do I get a misfire graph with Hp tuners? Trying to see if its one cylinder or a global thing.?

The only way, I have tested them was to install another set on.
Or if you have acess to a tech 2, I know that they can test them with it.

Try your stock one to see if the miss goes away.
