The longest time was about 6 months and that was about 6 months ago. I have ran several full tanks throu the system. Down to about a 1/4 tank right now.

In many vehicles[I mainly hearing it effect boats] the ethanol gas is a big problem if it sits for a while. The ethanol absorbs water and then supports from the gas.It then sinks to the bottom of the tank.If it is not removed and you pump gas on top of if it still stays separated. My dad is having this problem with a boat right now.It runs but doesn't have it's full power as this mix at the bottom of the tank slowly gets pulled in the motor.Regular stabilizers won't help it.

I could be way off base, just a thought man.

You can check missfires in HPT. The easiest way is in the table column. Just add the pid's.

i would say crank position sensor. sorta sounds like what mine was doing.

did you redo the tune at all after the plugs and wires. i would think with going from old and wrong plugs to new and correct ones there would be a little something that needed to be adjusted. maybe in the timing?

i dont know, just a thought

different crank sensor.

Did a misfire look thanks zippy and this is what came up.
#7 had over 8K in history then I cleared the codes and with maybe a min. or twon of running in the garage came up with the attched.

Call me if you want, i can walk you thru some things to check. It is probably something to do with the passenger side o2 sensor "it looks dead" and you are getting fresh air into the exhaust somewhere also.

More stuff I have tried.
Took some jumper cables and connect them to the ground side of the battery. Then connected the other ends to the block, grounding lugs, in multiple areas.
Same problem
Pulled driverside valve cover seeing how #7 had the most miss fires. All looks really nice and clean for this mean miles. I did not see any broke springs.

Tonight I am reinstalling the stock injectors and stock tune to see if the problem is still there. If not then its probably an injector issue. If it is then its wiring/mechanical. Nothing like looking for a piece of grass in a hay bail.. Been alot easier if this thing would have jsut blown up, then it would already be pulled out. LOL

I have serveral 6.0 pcm laying around can I plug it in and reflash or is there more to it to the current stuff.
