Yeah, you need to do some logging. AFR, knock retard, and TCC would be a good start.

i finally had a chance to look at my o2 sensors today. they go to about 900 mv at wot. also boost moves from about 9 to 11 psi when the truck is surging. i havent changed anything and it used to not do this. the tune was dead on and i havent changed anything so i am wondering what is going on, any ideas?

if your locking the tcc at wot you could be loosing the clutch. 900mv is rich and you need a wideband to be sure what its at. but if everything is constant ie: fuel press and afr and timing i bet on the tcc slipping. see if you can log tcc slip. i think i can with hpt.

Yes my money would also be on the coverter slipping. If you have hp tuners go to the tcc wot table and turn the converter lockup off at wot and see if it goes away. You should really get a wideband consider it a performance upgrade slight changes in afr make a huge differance in power output. Also check your injector duty cycle It shouldnt be over about 80ish %.

More than likely a wastegate or BOV problem.

might be too rich. my truck used to do the same thing on the top end when the afr would go to 10.2.
