So would my 3rd cam choice work for what I'm wanting? Or is there a better cam out there for my setup?

Maybe at the track I will take it up a couple hundred more RPM

Datalog your IDC% at the shift points first. IIRC, I set your shift points based on IDC at 11.5 AFR. Those 65#'ers are maxxed out.

I'd run the cam you have now. It should run strong. Would a different cam give you a few more hp? Maybe an extra .05-.10 off the 1/4 mile? Probably, but you'll still love it. JMO.

Well the main reason for wanting to switch is because I would have to run a large pulley to keep boost under 12# at 6900rpm. It doesn't have much low end now. So if I swap for a cam that has better low end, maxes around 6500, then I can pulley down to run 12# at 6500 and boost will come in sooner.

That cam will eat up a P1... I really doubt you'd have problems making too much boost with that blower even spinning it high.

I wouldn't even consider a P1 Andy. You'd have it for sale in a week.

Well I'm looking at a used kit in the for sale section. It a p1sc, 72# injectors, snow meth kit, and catch can. Very good deal. I will upgrade to the d1sc eventually

Stock48 just sent me a 215/224-112 isky cam for a silvy ss I'm working on, lq9 with a d1. He spec'd a similar one for my old tvs1900 truck that worked really well. His cams are a little different from the typical blower and turbo cams, but they have all made excellent power, his truck speaks for itself... Personally, I never liked the huge lsa, big negative overlap cams anyway, they seem to be soft down low and have no chop at all. All personal preference though, and honestly, 10-15hp difference in a forced induction build isn't as important as having a cam that makes your truck sound and drive how you like it.
