Tune changes for new pulley

I have gotten up to 4psi while still running at stoich... is that bad?

Yep, I've been watching kr because I noticed boost w/o PE mode and i got nervous. This was also towing a 6000 lb+ trailer that I noticed this. I'm only running 16deg of timing max at so that could be it. My tune does some other weird things like PE mode is 11.3 at some points and well under 11 at others. I'm not sure the tune is 100%.
