I sprayed 50/50 this morning and am getting down to 0.70-0.73 lambda (9.95-10.38 AFR) at 12.5psi, it was dialed into 0.793 lambda before spraying. I have it set to come on full flow at 5psi but it takes ~1/2 sec for it to register on the wideband.

Your going to want to make sure your iat sensor is loose from your maff and its after the meth injection nozzle. Then with your iat table your going to want to be pretty aggressive on adding and removing timing. This is the best fail safe you can have for when its working or if you run out etc.

Your going to want it to turn on pretty low say 3-4 psi and ramp up to your max boost. Droplet size is the key on how these work. You should call trick performance i know they started using devilsown kits not to long ago.

IAT sensor is located in the intake manifold where the EGR was about 2.5' from the nozzles which are in the charge piping. The sensor sticks out a good amount into the flow path. Should I be seeing a greater/faster change in the IAT when spraying?

So what kind of drop in IAT should I see when spraying a 50/50 mix of water meth at 15gph?

At the moment, it will hold my IAT's at roughly ambient temp. Once the throttle closes the IAT drops 10-15F and then slowly climb back up. The drop in IAT is probably because the IAT sensor is in the manifold. When I wasn't spraying the the temps would go up 10-15F over 3-4 seconds.

I moved the sensor about 3/8" further into the manifold so it's sticking out plenty into the flow path now. I tested it with a heat gun and it seems to work plenty well and reacts quickly. I am using this sensor: GM Open Element IAT Sensor with Pigtail DIYAutoTune.com

Where do U have Ur Meth nozzle? and where exactly is Your IAT Sensor?

Meth nozzles are in the vertical pipe behind the cooling fans about at the same level at the water pump pulley, before the 90 into the TB. And the IAT sensor is in the intake manifold where the EGR port was. I bought an EGR plug on ebay and machined it to hold the IAT sensor. The nozzles are approximately 2.5' before the IAT sensor.

Perhaps the reason I'm not seeing huge drops in IAT is because by the time the water/meth reaches the sensor the meth has likely already evaporated. So there aren't droplets of fluid landing directly on the sensor. Some people mount the sensor directly after the nozzles so it's getting blasted with liquid.

I just ordered a progressive controller from AIS. Tuning it when the injection was coming on full blast at 4.5psi was inconsistent.
