Ok, I've decided to order a larger intercooler, and add a meth kit in order to push the timing back and allow for about 10lbs boost. Any input on this course of action?

Both good ideas, but I say you still need a bigger turbo than what you have.

Your still gonna have to shift it about 54-5600rpm. You can see the boost dropping off in your vid as the RPM's go up already. That turbine just can't flow that much air.

I've been there, I ran a Magnum 72 BB on my 5.7 for a while for quick spool, but still had to short shift it cuz it wouldn't pull up top.

But at least you made the girl giggle!

Not to thread-jack but what are you flex fuel/returnless fuel system guys doing about low fuel pressure on boost? Why am I the only one trying to find a simple solution to this problem? My fuel pressure goes into the mid 30's when I'm WOT at about 8psi. I'm installing a Kenne Bell BAP tomorrow but I'm sceptical that it will help because it's for a 5th gen Camaro and I'm not even sure the fuel pump control module works similar in my truck. The only other solution it seems is to go full return style.
If your goal is 500whp and you dont have any plans to change your fuel system, you WILL lean out/ max IDC at WOT with the boost your planning to run.
