Turbo 6.2

Not to thread-jack but what are you flex fuel/returnless fuel system guys doing about low fuel pressure on boost? Why am I the only one trying to find a simple solution to this problem? My fuel pressure goes into the mid 30's when I'm WOT at about 8psi. I'm installing a Kenne Bell BAP tomorrow but I'm sceptical that it will help because it's for a 5th gen Camaro and I'm not even sure the fuel pump control module works similar in my truck. The only other solution it seems is to go full return style.
If your goal is 500whp and you dont have any plans to change your fuel system, you WILL lean out/ max IDC at WOT with the boost your planning to run.

That video was WOT.

Do you have a scanner? What are your injector duty cycles, or your rail pressure reading at WOT? I have 60lb injectors but they only flow about 45lb/hr at WOT. The injectors are NOT the bottleneck. You could put 160lb injectors in and the pump will still deliver the same amount of fuel.

that was awfully slow for wot. You should really take the advice and go with a bigger turbo. I think a S475 with a 87 wheel would do wonders with that 6.2. With that turbo on the same boost I can almost guarantee you will see 100 more hp. And you will have the capablility of turning it up and make some real power. As long as your fuel system is up to par and you have good springs. The meth kit and bigger intercooler are nice but for the same money spent on that you couldve gotten the correct size turbo and be way better off

Dude I don't want to sound like an *** but if that's wot then you better get a bigger turbo. My old 6.2 Sierra Denali ran like that with headers, exhaust and a tune. Heck your starting from 60 in your vid. I currently have a Trick Stage 3 with a 76mm .96 at on my 6.0 L76 Vmax Silverado running only 2lbs of boost cause the wastegate spring is weak (new 7lb spring on order from turbosmart) that will eat your truck. Listen to the masses. Get a bigger ar. exhaust housing or just a bigger overall turbo.

I was running 45 not 60, and I did roll into at first so it wouldn't downshift. Take a look at this 0-60 video.
I haven't completely decided against going to a larger turbo, but I'm going to put in the larger intercooler which I already have, and put in the Alky Control kit that I already have as well. Once this is done I'll retune it myself, and put more timing into the truck and see how it feels. I like how quickly this turbo spools, I just might be satisfied with a little more up top. I'm going to LS Fest with this truck, and I'll be towing my Corvette so I'm curious to see how it does towing ( which is important to me ). While I'm there I think I'll run it down the track and see what it does. Then I can make an educated guess at what it's putting to the ground.

Damn that looks slow, I have a 07 2500Hd 4dr 4x4 that i pulled out its tired ly6 and went to a stock 5.3, everything is stock except for bigger injectors. My hd pulls damn hard for being a 5.3 in a heavy tank and runing 10psi with no meth or anything. It has the stock exhaust with an added magnaflow bullet to keep it real quiet. Its also running on 33s

Hard to tell but looks to be around 6-7 seconds 0-60
not bad for a heavy awd truck with 24's. Even at 8 it isn't bad.
What's the truck weigh in at with driver and passenger?
5k-6k- more??
I think once the tune is corrected (fixed) you'll be fine. For a stock truck the a turbo added stock cam stock muffler system nothing bad there.
Once the cam and 2nd turbo go on it will be more.
