Default turbo advice needed

I need some advice from you guys. Im in the planning stages of my build and i would rather plan it right the first time than have to redo things later. The car is going to start NA but will eventually go turbo once everything is up and running. I would like the cam to work decently while it is NA.

Desired power level- 600whp
- max boost =15 Ibs
Car will be a weekend driver.

Engine- 4.8 or 5.3? I have both a 4.8 and a 5.3 at my disposal.
Transmission- 4l60 (until i get a 4l80)
RPM rev limit - ~7500 (Arp rod bolts will be used)
Injectors - i was thinking 60#
Fuel pump - ????
Heads - 243 heads will be used
Headgaskets - ls9 gaskets will be used.
Bolts- arp head bolts or studs?
Cam - isky triple 12 or suggestions ?
Turbo size - 70, 72, 76? Im leaning toward 76mm
Turbo Piping size - ??
Intercooler size-??
Exhast - single or dual exhast? what size pipes?
Gas- 93 octane
Intake- BBK

Thanks for any input.

Engine- 4.8 or 5.3? I have both a 4.8 and a 5.3 at my disposal. Any advangate to either of these?
RPM rev limit - ~7500 (Arp rod bolts will be used) Is this resonable?
Injectors - i was thinking 60# 60# enough?
Fuel pump - ???? Will a Walbro 340 be enough?
Bolts- arp head bolts or studs?
Cam - isky triple 12 or suggestions ? i want something that runs decent NA. How dependent is cam selection between a 4.8 and 5.3? A lot of people seem to like the isky but i would just like to ask around for other recomendations.
Turbo Piping size - ??
Exhast - single or dual exhast? what size pipes?

thanks for any help

Actually, you could go a lil bit bigger on the cam. The Isky 12 works great for heavy trucks where low end is needed. Being 3000# helps a bunch. Also, you dont have to rev it that high. you could get away with 6000-6500 and still get good power without having to rev it to the moon, a little less stress on everything.

Pm stock48 about a isky cam, he can help you pick the right one.

i have to "massage" the tranny tunnel a bit for the 4l60. I have to double check measurements to see if the 4l80 will fit

RPM rev limit - ~7500 (Arp rod bolts will be used) Is this resonable? to me it sounds like too much, maybe 6500
Injectors - i was thinking 60# 60# enough? 60lb sounds good since 42lbs get maxed out at 10psi i think
Fuel pump - ???? Will a Walbro 340 be enough? Not so sure on this one, ive seen many run dual 255´s .. but one 340 sounds reasonable, i dont see why not
Bolts- arp head bolts or studs? yep, those are mandatory..

Turbo Piping size - ??i believe most kits come with 3" piping on the cold side
Exhast - single or dual exhast? what size pipes? 3.5" Single

thanks for any help
once again,, i dont have a turbo, im also looking into it
hope someone with experience can chime in

If you had to massage the tunnel to fit a 60E, your goin to have to do surgery to fit an 80E

I put a 4.8/80E in a S10 that come with a 60E, and it needed some massaging.
The bell of the bell housing is quite a bit bigger, so its goin to be fun for ya.

There are a lot of turbo 4.8l's on this site that are monsters. Many of the 4.8l guys run the stock rod bolts but they aren't shifting as high as you are. Also you might be able to get away with a built 60e in that light car.

As for the turbo kit, I would just go on a Honda car forum and see how those guys are doing their remount turbos & mounting their intercoolers.
