I am and always will be an advocate of a custom grind... Its tailored to your setup, goals, and likes...
I've got a Lingenfelter GT2-3 in my motor for the time being but, as soon as I get it on the road and figure out how this new turbo is going to act with the fresh motor then ill be ordering myself another custom grind.

2nd that. The LS6 02+ are a proven turbo cam and will sound stock (especially since they are stock...)
You can run 7.400 pushrods but if you have to buy them and want to make sure it is really quiet, use the yellow springs mentioned and 7.425 pushrods.
Do a search to double check that length but I'm 99% sure.

Honestly, for a turbo mild application, I think you're better off getting good springs and roller rockers. The cam isn't so important with a turbo, except for driveability IMO.
Whatever you decide, if you do a cam, your instincts for a "sleeper" cam with no chop are dead on what you need for a turbo -- no overlap, wide LSA.
