These are not always true it all depends on the combination. Several times I've seen a a 106lsa out power a identical 110, ~114 lsa cam everywhere in the power range. I would normally recommend a 112 lsa for OP's application but he is at 6000' elv and wanted a lopy idle up there the 110 lsa will also help the turbo spool, and have more snap out of boost once tuned. This cam is large enough not to have a problem but if you get duration too small, with a tight lsa you can get into detonation problems.
