I'm interested in a cam too. My setup is basically the same.
4" lift with 34" tires
4.11 gears
2500-3000 stall
4L80E
KBRacing turbo kit with FMIC
Turbonetics MC76 Ball-Bearing Turbo
New LQ4 with ARP studs on the mains and heads + ARP rod bolts
317 heads

I hear ya. I sold my diesel truck so now I have no truck payment. It was badass but wanted to go a different route--missed the rpm's. I like to go fast, just like the looks of a lifted truck. You wanna play you gotta pay right?

Valve events matter more than just the LSA on the cam does. Spend some more time on what your goals with the the truck are and where you want the powerband. This determines the cam.
