Chris

Am I right Brian?
Magna Chargers have a bypass valve in them, that opens while in cruise. It's vacuum/load actuated. While open, they claim it takes less than 1hp to turn. Its conceivable since all you have to turn is the rotating mass of the rotors/pulleys and the friction in the bearings/gears. In a cetrifugal setup there's a surge valve, but I think that just functions like a BOV in a turbo setup where it opens when the throttle is slammed shut. I guess you could get it to open while cruising though, but I wasn't aware that they were designed to do that. Makes sense though.

air fuel ratio and combustion ratio have nothing in common.

I see that too which was not my original intention. I wanted to show my gains and see what everyone else had experienced.

I respect anyone who modifys their vehicle for performance regarless of how they do it.

Then take this opportunity to teach. Know that you are not alone. Wild Racing, slow67 and Prime Power have the right idea. vanillagorilla is close.

When the students are ready, the teacher appears.

What? You wouldn't be on the forums if that was your stance. If you have a valid opinion you should share it. Who cares what other people think. I, like others, am very interested in this subject and would love to hear everyones thoughts.

What's the right idea? Any thoughts on the subject? I think all the students are here and listening so lets see some teaching.
