The results make it pretty obvious lol...lower gearing still helps you with a turbo. Its still mechanical advantage... Not enough people understand this 'turbo load' phenomenon. It wouldn't be called load if they did Don't go too small with your turbo, keep your 4.10s...and go fast.

Torque multiplication advantage. Don't fear the gear!
IMHO, the only reason to actually need a taller gear, would be if you're running out of gear before you go thru the traps.
If a shorter gear gives you traction problems, address your suspension/tire issues and put that power to the ground.

I agree with the last few posts. More gear is better with a heavy truck. If we were talking about a Vega that was blowing the tires off through first gear, THEN we could consider going to say 3.73 or 3.42 gears. But with a truck, keep the 4.10 and if it blows the tires off use traction aids, better tires, taller tires, or a fancy progressive boost controller.
