Got a longblock 6.0 (lq4) on a crate pretty cheap.Needs a rebuild though let me know if your interested.

I'll bet you termited the ring lands on a piston from det, or lean I doubt it is the rings unless they are broken. You should be able to run ~10PSI on a 6.0L with 42's and meth, but your little turbo will give out at 6~ 8 psi up here.

a little bit lean is what finally cooked my 5.3.... 140K miles of nitrous and turbod abuse....

whatever you go with next time, forged parts are the only way to fly

im new here but i want to ask...are the pistons stock?no dubled gaskits or cooper gaskits?? whats the boost

stock gaskets, head studs, pistons, will all hold over 600rwhp for a long time as long as you dont let it knock. a few have reported over 800rwhp

What is the highest boost level do you feel is safe on these motors[stock internals] with the proper tuning?

boost isn't a great way to measure the limits. i feel safe at 600rwhp. i wouldn't go any higher than that for something i want to last awhile. in our nova project we will be turning up the 6.0 till it blows. wouldn't suprize me to see 800+rwhp.
