Where are BW and Magnum turbos manufactured at?

I switched from TC-78 to the T4 S475 on my setup, boost is decent to 10lbs... If I pop my hood in the dark, I have noticed my manifolds and turbo exhaust housing glowing after normal driving. not sure if the exhaust wheel on the T4 S475 is restricting flow too much, or it is possible I have other issues going on? it did the same thing with the TC-78

Get T4 GT76/94.

Stock48 is running it with stock LQ4 for close to 1000HP and his spool time is not bad.

Yes its a pretty small correction needs to be done to the mounting plate.
