Turbo setup question

t70 should do the job with like .96 ar. Would spool quick on the street and make good power. Talk to kbracing, he makes nice stuff and his customer service is great. When I bought my kit I called and bugged the **** out of him and he always answered.

You can try that turbo, but your gonna be at it's max with just low boost numbers. Also, your gonna need a large waste gate so you can keep the boost and back pressure down. Something in the 44-50mm range. A 60 or 66mm turbo would just about right for an efficient low boost 4.8 and make in in the 400's with out to much trouble.

I'll suggest you get a bigger turbo as already stated. The baby snail you have will not work well IMO, and its ridiculous/ignorant to spend money elsewhere such as on a larger wastegate to compensate for its lack in size.
