Default Turbo super T-70

I have a stock 6.0 with a ls6 cam only for mods will the Super T-70 turbo be good enough for a DD? It has a T-3 flange And only plan on making like 10lbs of boost, I know down the road I will go big but for now will that turbo be good? Thanks Dave

Not even close... That's one of them ebay turbos right? It's really like a 61mm turbo and the T3 housing is WAY to small for a 6L. You would want something like a Master Power T70 (actual 70mm turbo) at a minimum. I sell these for $625 shipped with a 1 year warranty. Let me know If I can help.

You need a minimum 70mm turbo on a 6L to run 10psi of boost. A 76 would be ideal and room to grow. You would have to shift at 5000 rpm to keep a 62.2mm turbo from choking.

I have a turbonetics 62-1 on my 6.0 and you can definitely feel the choking on 6lbs. But it's what came with my kit when I bought it. I'm about to upgrade to a TC76/78 though.
