[QUOTE=8ALTNG]question. What exactly does a turbo timer do????

Taylor~ You bought twotones truck right??? Any chance you would sell that gauge cluster??[/QUOTE

The truck doesn't have the stock computer so I have to have aftermaket gauges, and when I bought the truck the majority of them were not hooked up, so after making them all functional there is no way they will come out.

a turbo timer keeps the truck runnin for a set amount of time after you turn the key off to help cool down the turbo oil

how hard is it to bypass? I like the idea of the truck running for a preset time, but not in the garage. What is it controled by Exhaust temp or time?

when you turn it off it will continue to run for a preset time. but if you hit the brake it will turn it off. si if you pull into the garage and don't want it to run just hit the brake. thats of course asuming that its wired up right.
