Has a little drone because mine is dumped. If it was ran on out it would be very quiet. I live in a fairly small neihborhood so I keep it down

What's the part number on that muffler? How does that sound when you get into it?

It is really tame. You hear more out of the turbo than the engine.

That's the cat and DPF--(diesel particulate filter). After that you don't need much of a muffler.

On my son's truck, we ran the WG through the old 3" with a magnaflow that is dumped. It now has a 4" exhaust with a 40" long Donaldson muffler that is routed over the axle. Took some work to make it all fit under the truck.
It's pretty tame and really allows the turbo to sing out the tailpipe when on the boost.

With a 4" pipe to muffler exiting in front of the rear wheels I could see if the droning was bad. The 4" kit I bought was like 3 something with muffler and it's almost too quiet over the axle stock exit, but that was what I was going for, on the quieter side but loud enough that you can hear it.

Thats what i was beginning to wonder. With the cat and dpf, it should be quiet after that.
