Turbos not spinning at idle??? Help

On a rear-mounted remote turbo setup, the turbocharger replaces the muffler. If you don't do this, you will never remedy your issue. There is too much heat and consequently pressure lost by the time the exhaust gasses reach the turbos due to the cats and muffler baffles. There are three mufflers (one huge dual-in/dual-out about mid-way back and two smaller muffs right before the tailpipes) in that system as well. At least remove the last two (the turbos will muffle quite a bit anyway) and see where you are at; personally I would remove all but the cats for now.

I agree w what all of u guys are saying but he is stubborn and thinks he is gong to ub bolt the kit for warranty work and trick the dealer. Don't think that's gonna happen at all. So might as well straight pipe it to the turbos and be done. The spool time will be decreased and it will sound way better.
He wants what he wants so I'm just doing it for him

You can still get warranty work after exhaust work. Ditch the huge middle muffler and set up the turbos to swap out with the rear mufflers; switch them out when it comes time to go to the dealer. Leave the cats alone; just make sure they aren't going to break up and FUBAR your turbos.

They are DESIGNED to leave the cat and replace the muffler; that's why they're so easy to pass emissions testing with. I really don't know what the hurdle is in this specific situation.
I actually would play games with the idea myself, but I worry that I would suck some sand or water up in short order.
