I installed a HD belt tensioner
= same thing
I installed a new belt
=same thing
Next will be the pin kit for the crank which I got from Magnacharger.
I did try a new bolt at the crank,I took some paint and marked the bolt and the crank. The marks are still aligned. Can't really see it than pinning the crank will solve the issue.
Any thing else that could be the issue ? blower pulley too big ? blower itself ?

Wanted to put it on the dyno and on the track, but would be a waste to do that now.
Thanks again.

A restriction on the intake side will limit boost as rpm goes up. Rat's nest in the air box, even just a dirty air filter.

Thanks, something that I overlooked.Filter is new,was changed when the blower got installed.I just checked it a few minutes ago when I read your reply.Still looks like new and no debris around it.
But I still run the stock airbox.I think I'll remove the box just to try it.Could be the box itself that can't feed the air.
Anybody running big boost numbers with the stock air box ?

intake manifold leak? intake tube custom? (collapsing) make sure all vacuum lines that are some how connected to the bypass valve aren't cracked and/or damaged in any way. Your problem sounds straight up like the balancer is spinning but you eliminated that...unless it spins perfectly back to the point you have it marked. LOL Crazy. What size belt are you using?

Very interesting.......I am surprised that there is a restriction at such low boost.

I know, some are running more boost/more motor than I do with the stock air box.Unless theirs a restriction at the fender opening where it's getting the air from.........

Thanks Brian, and all you guys for your help.......
