I am going to have to see how testing finishes up over the weekend.

I am testing with the DayCo PolyCog Belts and may have a little too much (grip) of a good thing. I shredded 2 ribs off the belt after the 2nd WOT blast out of the hole through 1st gear. I didnt even get a chance to see what my boost was.

I may need a few testers that can try it out on lower boost applications and different brand/type belts.

I just want to make sure I am not wasting anyones money on a pulley that will eat belts. I studied the belt that I hurt earlier and the RIP pulley didnt cut the belt in any way. There were a few small imperfections on the 3.0 pulley I was trying. I am going to try a 2.9 pulley tomorrow and see what it does. I may just have a bad 3.0 pulley. The belt that I was testing with had about a year or so on it also. So a New Pulley and New Belt for tomorrow.

I have a bunch of money in these pulley's for testing and want to get them out so we can see how they do real world.

Mike and Tony (TVS2300 Front Inlet/Front Drive TBSS's) will be getting a few pulley's to try for me. I will be sending them out on Monday for them.

These are the belts we are going to test with these pulley's. We hope to get accurate boost readings between the 2 setups. We will continue to post in this thread with the data from this testing. We will make sure to compare like sizes, example a 2.8 pulley against a 2.8 pulley. The belts are linked below for the sizes being used in testing.

The DayCo belts work great with the stock MagnaCharger pulley's. The Gates HD is supposed to be the strongest.

MagnaCharger Pulley and DayCo Poly Cog Belt - vs - RIP Pulley and Gates HD Green Belt

Gates HD Green - K081079HD

DayCo PolyCog - 5081080

"First Round" of testing is going great!! I am seeing full boost immediately in 1st gear with the RIP Pulley and Gates HD Belt.

Now to see how the testers do with their pulley's and belts. They will have everything on Wednesday so we should know more by the weekend.

I probably put between 15-20 boosted runs on it today from light to full throttle and it handled everything no problem.
