What about making one that isn't so thick so you wouldn't have to change out injectors. Would that be any good or waste of time?

I am currently working on getting everything I need to do one in 5/8" (which by the way is exactly how much my fuel rails are spaced for my taller 72lb injectors, so the fuel rails will no longer be spaced up) Its not 1" like supersub's but it will have to help.

don't forget:
6 jig saws
3 circular saws
3 grinders
sand paper
dust mask

Ray's List of broken tools to make these is impressive as heck!

If the spacer works so well, why doesn't magnacharger include it in their kits??

It wouldn't fit the majority of their customers - GTO, G8, Camaro, Vette, CTS
