Good to see you're making ground with it. I think you'll certainly be happier with a truck that is just as fast or faster without needing the multi-thousands of dollars worth of intake manifold.

Thumbs up

That's a great idea, direct more flow over a smaller area on the turbine wheel during low boost. Kind of like a variable vane turbo, but cheaper!

If you saw how much Sound Performance wants for those quick spool valves, you wouldn't think there so cheap, when they first came out with them they wanted $800 bucks for them! That's more then my turbo cost, lol. They still want $500 for a T-6 one, so that's why I'm building my own for MUCH cheaper!

There is a group in Sweden that made 1000 HP with a twin charged set up.....I think you need to learn how to tune And dont waste your time with zippytuning.

I know how to tune smart guy, . It's more of a cash in my pocket thing right now. I want to buy a house and money toward new house is better then cool looking blower setting on top of engine.

Also, the compound boost Mustang that Hellion built took E85 and 44lbs of boost to make a 1000hp and that's a little higher then I want to go,

It's a toss up. I LOVE the instant boost and off idle to torque of the blower, but the top end pull of the turbo really pushes my buttons too!, It was a really hard decision for me between keeping the blower only and pulleying it down, cuz its so fun on the street, or keeping the turbo and being FAST. Turbo won out cuz the blower will put more cash back in my pocket.

Ya, everything on the valve is made of 304 SS. That's what Zombies is made from and he has been having really good luck with it. It's a divided 1.36 a/r.
