I'm with leaving that WG and adding a second one. With all the air your putting in, that one little pipe can't bypass enough.

where is your boost reference for the wg? even if the reference is post blower your still going to see at least 5psi into the blower. with that blower on there your basicly asking that wg to vent a 9L engine. i bet you are getting 10psi+ into that blower.

that set up is bad ***. i will be watching to see how you work out the boost creeping.

Shouldnt he need the reference on the 'Cold side' piping.. if he has room to add a small port

Wow buddy that's a ridiculous setup! did you have to update your fuel system with the addition of the blower? tuning must be interesting as well...

WG is referenced post blower in the lower manifold. With the 4 psi spring it should be fully open with just what the blower is making. Was able to maintain 9psi with a 7 psi spring before on this setup when I had the MPT76 turbo and just a 38mm gate. This new turbo just has to big of a hot side and doesn't create enough back pressure for the WG to work where it is located.

Gonna work on redoing the location of the WG this week.

The truck already has 2 Walbros and 70lbs/hr injectors. Should be enough fuel for close to 800hp, and I'm only looking for about 700-750. Tuning hasn't been to bad, pretty much the same WOT tuning as before, but I'm still struggling with cold idle and surging, but that has nothing to do with the compound setup, lol.
