Found my boost creep problem, This is the flex coming off the waste gate
This was a brand new flex coupler and was not like this when I installed it. Kinda weird it did this. I don't know what happened to it, it looks like the lining was to big and then jammed in there and then expanded and folded in on its self. Both ends are still crimped. VERY strange...

Well, since I had already started relocating the WG to just before the turbo in the manifold when I found this, I am going finishing moving it to there, so It will be like a conventional turbo/WG setup and be able to vent all 8 cylinders but I think if I would have just put a new flex in it, it would have worked fine.

The mesh on the out side keeps them from flexing too much and from some expansion.
